Returns


Because our products are shipped directly from suppliers and include perishable and specialty items, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.


Refunds


Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • Incorrect Item: If you received the wrong item, notify us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Perishable goods (such as food items)
  • Items on sale or marked as final sale
  • Gift cards


Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may already be processing with our supplier.
